These terms cover the use of this website and the request service. The skip hire itself is a contract between you and the operator.

The service
This site takes a request for skip hire and passes it to an independent skip operator who services the address. We do not deliver, collect or tip waste ourselves.
The contract for the hire
The price, the size, the hire period, the delivery date and the conditions of the hire are agreed between you and the operator. The operator's own terms apply to the hire, including what may be placed in the bin and what happens to an overloaded or contaminated load.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a price, a delivery time, a ranking, or that an operator is available on a particular day. We pass the request on and the operator answers it.
Accuracy of this page
Municipal rules and facilities are described with sources and dated. Rules change. Where a page could not verify a municipality's by-law, it says so. Confirm the current rule with the municipality before relying on it.
Limits of liability
Nothing on this site is legal, municipal or waste-management advice. The operator is responsible for the waste it carries and for complying with the law in doing so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
